Financial Advisor

The Financial Advisor is responsible for developing and building relationships with new and existing clients through building a strong referral network and by taking a proactive approach to business development. Through a collaborative approach, the key individual will assess, assist and advise clients on their current finances and future financial goals. The ideal applicant will develop a strategic business plan in conjunction with other financial advisors on the team and will utilize technology to provide excellent service to clients; as well as ensure overall business practices are compliant with state and federal rules and regulations.

Experience and Skills:




The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, superior organizational skills, and strong communication skills and a superior consultative approach. The position requires strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; as well as an ability to work independently.  The individual must have a Bachelor’s in Finance or a similar field; FINRA Series 7, 66, 65 & 63 licenses; Life, Health, Disability, Long Term Care Insurance licenses required. A major advantage will go to candidates with the following licenses:  CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, CHFC, and other designations. Candidates will be able to obtain any lacking licenses or certifications within one year of employment.
